Shay Sabag has a robust background in mechanical engineering, beginning with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University obtained in 2005. Shay started a career at IAI as a Mechanical Experimental Engineer from 2004 to 2008. Following this role, Shay joined Elbit Systems Ltd, progressing from Mechanical Design Engineer from 2008 to October 2012 to Mechanical Engineering Team Leader from October 2012 to the present. Additionally, Shay earned an Executive Master of Business Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2015.
