Yana Seref has over a decade of experience in the defense industry, currently serving as a Team Leader at Elbit Systems Ltd since March 2012, with previous roles including Planning Manager and Procurement Buyer, as well as Planner Buyer. Prior to this, Yana owned a sporting academy from September 2009 to January 2012. Educationally, Yana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Braude Academic College.
