Yoav Rahamim is an experienced operational excellence leader with a demonstrated history in implementing Lean methodology and driving continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as an Operational Excellence leader at Elbit Systems Ltd since October 2021, Yoav holds a position as a plant board member and provides professional authority in Lean training and mentoring. Previously, as Production Department Manager at Tnuva from April 2016 to September 2021, Yoav managed a team of approximately 45 members, focusing on operational efficiency and resource management. Yoav has also contributed as an Operational Excellence leader at Tnuva, where responsibilities included leading improvement processes and streamlining projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Project Manager at PCB Technologies Ltd. Yoav holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
