Mike Schaefer

Mike Schaefer, MBA, has extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with a notable career at Lockheed Martin from October 2019 to June 2021, where roles included Software Safety Engineer, Quality Control Analyst, and Associate Quality Manager in various depots and flight tests for the F-22 and F-35 aircraft. Prior to this, a 20-year tenure with the United States Air Force involved positions such as Avionics Instructor and F-16 Systems Engineer. Following the Air Force, Mike worked as a Senior Systems Integration/Test Engineer at Credence Management Solutions, LLC, before transitioning to Elbit Systems of America as a Field Services Engineer in October 2025. Academic qualifications include a BA in Business Administration / Technology Management from Saint Leo University and an MBA in Computer Business Information Systems from Wayland Baptist University.
