Robert Roughsedge

Robert Roughsedge has extensive experience in business development, strategy, and legal practice. At Textron Systems, roles included Vice President of Precision Weapons, where responsibility encompassed managing budget and operational turnaround, and Vice President of Business Development, directing efforts for UAV and ISR systems. An accomplished Strategy Director, Robert developed business development training alongside strategic advice to senior executives. As Vice President at Leidos, leadership focused on strategic captures across the corporation. Currently, Robert serves as Vice President of Business Development at Elbit Systems of America. Prior experience includes being a Partner at Lawson & Weitzen, LLP, leading complex litigation, and serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Suffolk University Law School. Additionally, Robert has held roles at L3 Technologies and served as a Reserve Officer in the US Army. Educational qualifications include a JD from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
