Tim Sinclair-Lee is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at Elbit Systems of America since December 2021, Tim previously held the position of Manager of Project Engineering at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems from October 2017 to December 2021. Tim's earlier roles include Engineering Specialist at Aerojet Rocketdyne, where responsibilities encompassed project management for a $14M contract, and Senior Electrical Engineer at Sierra Nevada Corporation, overseeing engineering tools and power design. Tim began the career as a Digital Engineer/Product Engineer at Quick Eagle Networks, contributing significantly to revenue sustainability through innovative redesigns. Tim holds a B.Eng Hons degree in optoelectronics and digital design from the University of Hull and completed earlier education at the Duke of York's Royal Military School.
