Kyle Sutton

Kyle Sutton has a successful career in strategy and operations, beginning with their current role as Head of Strategy & Operations for Gradual since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Chief Operating Officer for ELC from 2020-2021, Executive Producer and Head of Operations and Executive Producer for The VOX Group from 2018-2019, and Owner of KS Production Group from 2019-2020. Kyle also held various roles for Sigma Phi Epsilon (Official) from 2012-2018, including Chief Operating Officer, Managing Director, Interim Marketing and Communications Director, Strategic Projects and Analytics Director, Information Management Director, Balanced Man Program Director, and Regional Director- SEC Manager. Before that, they were a Student Associate in the Office of the President at the University of Cincinnati from 2009-2012, and a Tutor in the Department of Athletics Academic Services from 2009-2012.

Kyle Sutton completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati between 2008 and 2012. Kyle then attended the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2012 to complete their Management Development Certificate Program.
