Mathieu Verbaere

Mathieu Verbaere serves as the Head of Architecture and Head of Division at ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG since November 2010, where responsibilities have included roles such as Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Prior to this, Mathieu co-founded Semmle and held the position of CTO until its acquisition by GitHub. Additional experience includes a Research Assistant role at Oxford University Computing Laboratory and an R&D Software Engineer position at CAST Software. Academic qualifications include a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from the University of Oxford, as well as an Engineer’s degree in Computer Science from ENSIIE.
