Roberta Profeta has extensive work experience in the fields of technology, innovation, and finance. Roberta currently works as an Associate Principal - Financial Services - Elca Advisory at ELCA Informatique SA / ELCA Informatik AG. Roberta is also the Chapter Head - Suisse Romande at Swiss InsurTech Hub.

Roberta'sprevious roles include Head of Direct Channels for Businesses at Intesa Sanpaolo, where they were responsible for developing and implementing digital banking strategies across multiple international banks. Roberta also worked as a Senior Manager in the Multichannel Office S/D at Intesa Sanpaolo International Subsidiary Division, focusing on digital transformation and product development.

Roberta has extensive experience in innovation, having set up and led the Innovation Centre London for the Chief Innovation Officer at Intesa Sanpaolo. Roberta also played a key role in establishing the Innovation London Hub for the Corporate & Investment Banking Division. In addition, they have served as an advisory board member and mentor for various startup accelerator programs, including Startupbootcamp Insurtech, Startupbootcamp Fintech Singapore, and Startupbootcamp Fintech London.

Prior to their work in the finance and technology sectors, Roberta worked as a Policy Officer at the European Commission and as a Contributor at Il Mio Castello Editore / SPREA Editori / BMS. Roberta also served as a Lecturer at Master24 Gestione e strategie d'impresa - SOLE 24 ORE, where they taught a course on financial support for enterprise development and innovation.
