Lisa Hammersley

Lisa Hammersley has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Lisa is currently serving as the VP of Finance at Elcom since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Arcturus Investment Advisory Ltd as the Director - Head of Client Services and Compliance from March 2016 to March 2019. Lisa also held the position of CFO at FM Capital Partners Ltd from 2010 to 2015, where they played a key role in financial management and regulatory reporting. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Investment Administration at Cardinal Advisory and as an Equity/Fund Derivative Structurer at Westpac. Lisa's previous roles also include Project Manager - Fund Derivative Launch at Perpetual Limited, Fund Derivatives Structurer at Rabobank International, and Head of Middle Office - Equity Derivatives at Rabo Securities.

Lisa Hammersley obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of Auckland, with a focus on Accounting and Finance. In 1998, they also obtained certification as a chartered accountant from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
