Vanina Nosach is currently the Human Talent Management Leader at Eldar, responsible for designing talent attraction strategies and overseeing performance evaluation processes. Vanina is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Labor Relations at Universidad Nacional de Lomas de Zamora.
