Currently serving as Business Development Director at Erwin Hymer Group UK Ltd since October 2024, Stephen previously held positions as a Non Executive Director at Recolight from September 2023 to October 2024, and as Commercial Quality Manager and Services, Transformation & Compliance Director UK & IE at Zumtobel Group from February 2013 to May 2015. Earlier in his career, Stephen was the Global Process Manager for Total Quality Management & Lean Six Sigma at Thorn Lighting from November 2010 to January 2014, focusing on customer complaint management and warranty cost improvement. Stephen holds a degree in Electronic Systems Design Engineering from Northumbria University.
