Dana Spanjer

Dana Spanjer serves as the Director of Finance And Accounting at Elder Construction, Inc. since July 2022 and has been a Managing Partner at Nicholane Properties since June 2011, overseeing two real estate portfolios comprising 15 residential and 6 commercial properties. Previous experience includes co-owning Spanjer Homes from June 2011 to July 2022, where financial health and strategic vision were managed. Other roles include being a Realtor at RE/MAX Advanced, Inc., an Environmental Geologist/GIS Specialist at AATA International, as well as positions in geology and watershed management. Dana Spanjer holds a degree in Environmental Geology from the University of Montana.
