Robert Pitney

Robert Pitney is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Elder Research since June 2015, Robert collaborates with a team to implement predictive analytics solutions and assist in business development for both government and private organizations. Previously, Robert held the position of IS Audit Supervisor at the NC Office of the State Auditor, leading audits and performing data analysis. As an Information Security Manager and Gaming Integrity Manager for the North Carolina Education Lottery, Robert developed security policies for lottery game integrity. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of On-Site Services at Intrex Computers, where Robert led IT support teams. Robert holds a Master of Science in Analytics from the Institute of Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution.
