Omar Meza

Omar Meza currently serves as a Community Educator at Eldergrow since August 2023. In addition, Omar has been a Student Fellow with Students Making a Change since July 2021, where responsibilities include organizing campaign strategies to eliminate remedial courses in California's community college system. Previous experience includes working as a Veterinary Technician at The City Pet Hospital from August 2020 to October 2021, assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of dogs and cats, and working as a Lead Server at Palette Tea House from February 2019 to March 2020, managing patio dining operations. Omar Meza is pursuing education at Long Beach City College, with expected graduation in May 2024, having previously attended City College of San Francisco and Tustin High School, where a high school diploma was received in 2017.
