Kaiser Ahmad

Kaiser has 20 years of software process and strategic delivery experience from his time spent at Fortune 50 through Fortune 1000 companies, as well as small to mid-size companies. He successfully managed engineering teams, analytics initiatives, and operational processes for almost $3 billion of delivery systems. His current leadership focus is set on operational efficiency, engineering standards, and process development with the primary goal of keeping client satisfaction at the forefront. He establishes predictable models for the clients in relation to production schedules and client delivery milestones.

In addition to his strong technical expertise, Kaiser brings a unique combination of experience to Eldermark. He has managed multiple business areas as a general manager, including sales, operations, service, and finance, and has specifically led strategic initiatives around system development and business operations requirements. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations and Information Systems Management from Pennsylvania State University, as well as certifications for Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, CompTIA Network+, and other certifications.
