Kellie Hord

Kellie graduated from Jamestown College in 2012 with a double major in business administration and health and fitness administration. After graduation, Kellie was looking for a career in the healthcare industry where she could positively impact the care that individuals received on a daily basis.

Kellie joined the Eldermark team in May 2012. During her time at Eldermark, she has held a handful of different positions ranging from customer support to operations. She is currently the Director of Professional Services where she works closely with the Client Success and Professional Services Teams. Her job is to ensure the customers have a positive experience thru the implementation/training process and continue to receive the best support around.
