Chad Johnson

Chad Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Chad began their career as a Physical Therapist, DPT from 1998 to 2007. Chad then joined Visiting Nurse Service of New York as a Team Leader in 2009. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Rehabilitation Supervisor at VNS Health. Chad then transitioned to VNS Health as a Senior Analyst in Performance and Innovation in 2013 before being promoted to Associate Project Manager in the same department in 2014. In 2014, they joined Elderplan Inc as Director of Enrollment, and over the years, they held various positions within the company, including AVP of Medicaid & Integrated Products, Vice President of Medicaid & Integrated Products, and currently, they serve as the Vice President, Head of Product Management (Medicare and Medicaid).

Chad Johnson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy/Therapist from the University of Mississippi, completing their studies from 1996 to 1998. In 2010, they pursued further education and attained a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Utica College, concluding their studies in 2011.
