Arden Chen

Arden Chen is currently the Head of Eldor China HR and a certified Gallup Global Strengths Coach, focusing on enhancing HR capabilities to support business growth in the new energy vehicle industry. Arden began their career as a translator at Hitachi Consulting, where they gained foundational knowledge in operations and lean manufacturing. Transitioning into HR, Arden spent three years in training and development and another three years in talent management, honing skills in talent pipeline and development. Prior roles include HR Assistant Manager at Luxottica Group and Training Officer at Viasystems, where Arden shaped organizational culture and managed employee training programs. Arden holds a bachelor's degree in Business English from Sias International University and an MBA from Dalian University of Technology.
