Fernando Carrascal

Fernando Carrascal is an accomplished supply chain and procurement leader with extensive experience in the mining industry. Currently serving as the Director of Global Supply Chain and Procurement at Eldorado Gold Corporation since August 2023, Fernando has held various significant roles including Global Supply Chain Consultant at Lundin Mining Corporation and Director of Procurement at Yamana Gold Inc. Prior positions include Senior Manager of Materials Management at Newmont Corporation, and multiple leadership roles at Goldcorp and Barrick Gold Corporation, focused on procurement systems and continuous improvement. Fernando holds a master's degree in Gobierno de Organizaciones from PAD - Escuela de Dirección de la Universidad de Piura and has earned a Black Belt in Six Sigma and Lean from ESAN.
