We understand that it can be difficult to face your mortality, and that planning for your end of life can be confusing and overwhelming.

End of life planning is intimate work and your experience matters not only to you, but to those you love. We want to make this easier, and to care for you well in the process.

ELDR was founded on the belief that end of life planning should be clear, professional, and meaningful.

Our streamlined approach removes emotional and practical barriers, enabling you to engage fully and experience the benefits of a thoughtful plan for years (and generations) to come.

This work is deeply personal to the ELDR team and we are proud of the movement we’re helping build.
