Marilyn Ma has worked in various roles in the automotive industry since 2011. Marilyn began their career as a Commodity Buyer at Ford Motor Company in 2011. In 2015, they transitioned to Project Manager/Systems Engineer at Leggett & Platt Automotive, where they cultivated, nurtured, and maintained customer relationships, managed overall project execution, and identified gaps in the process. During their tenure, they assisted the Sales Manager in achieving a 50% increase in new accounts acquisition and delivered multiple programs valued at $2M annually.
