Russell Pullan

Russell Pullan is the CEO of eLeapPower, a Toronto-headquartered company that produces award-winning power electronics for zero-emission electric vehicles. Pullan has a long track record in the low-carbon economy, including serving as Special Strategic Advisor for Fund Creation at Saudi Aramco Clean Energy Ventures (2011) and as Chairman & Founding Investor of CoPower Inc. (2014–2019). Pullan led the UK Energy Efficiency Investment Fund as Chief Investment Officer and Vice-Chair of Investment Committee at Sustainable Development Capital, LLP (2014–2015). Pullan held senior cleantech roles at The Carbon Trust (Head of Cleantech Venture Capital, 2002–2006) and at Nomura (Director, New Energy & Clean Technology Ventures, 2006–2011). Pullan is pursuing studies at INSEAD.
