Ashish Bajaj

Ashish Bajaj has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Ashish is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Elear Solutions since 2019, where they strive to build a world-class Edge Development Platform for Apps and Services in the 5G world. Prior to that, they held various roles at Qualcomm, starting as an Engineer in 2004 and rising through the ranks to become the Director of Engineering for Chipset Power, Camera/Video/Audio Systems, and Machine Learning Frameworks. At Qualcomm, they led multiple teams, including those focusing on Camera, Video, Audio, Machine Learning Inference frameworks, and Chipset Power Engineering. Throughout their career, Bajaj demonstrated a passion for innovation, hands-on leadership, and the ability to build high-performing engineering teams.

Ashish Bajaj received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology between 1999 and 2001. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology between 2002 and 2003.
