Amber Rodbell

Amber Rodbell has extensive work experience in instructional development, custom development, and web design. Amber currently holds the role of Custom Development Director at ELB Learning (formerly eLearning Brothers), where they started in May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Custom Development Manager at the same company, starting in November 2014. Amber also worked as a Freelance Instructional Developer and eLearning Expert since October 2014.

Before joining ELB Learning, Amber was employed by First Data Corporation as a Senior Instructional Developer from September 2006 to September 2014. Their responsibilities included eLearning design and development, project planning and management, web development, SharePoint administration, and new hire training programs for various sales organizations. Notably, they successfully created and implemented training materials and modalities for a new product refresh initiative, resulting in increased sales numbers.

Earlier in their career, Amber worked as a Training and Web Development Manager at Debtscape from August 2002 to December 2004. Additionally, they held the position of Graphic and Web Designer at Vintage Press from August 2001 to July 2002.

Amber Rodbell obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Penn State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Prior to their time at Penn State, there is no available information about their education. However, they later pursued studies in Web Development and Design at the University of Maryland Global Campus, although the specific duration of their enrollment is unknown.
