Kristen Stevenson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Kristen'smost recent position was as the Chief Experience Officer at eLearningDOC, a position they started in January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Innovation and Strategy at the same company from September 2022 to January 2023.

Before joining eLearningDOC, Stevenson worked at the University of South Carolina Upstate where they held two roles. Kristen started as a Learning Experience Designer from March 2020 to September 2022 and then transitioned to become an Adjunct Instructor from August 2022 to January 2023. In these roles, Stevenson taught college students topics such as personal strengths, study skills, growth mindset, communication, and work-school-life balance.

Stevenson also had significant experience at Limestone College, where they held two positions. Kristen was the Director of Distance Learning from June 2019 to March 2020, overseeing the quality of online courses and supporting student success. Prior to that, they served as the Online Program Director from July 2017 to June 2019, managing the online program and providing assistance to students.

In addition, Stevenson has experience as a Consultant at Stevenson Consulting, LLC from March 2017 to March 2020. Kristen'sresponsibilities included designing and documenting rehabilitation projects for historic buildings and providing training on AutoCAD software.

Kristen'searlier experience includes roles at ITT Technical Institute, where they worked for several years. Kristen served as a Dean from November 2013 to September 2016, overseeing various programs and implementing student activities. Prior to that, they held roles as an Associate Dean, Chair of the School of Drafting and Design, and Instructor, where they taught drafting and design skills to students.

Kristen Stevenson earned their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Instructional Design & Technology from Keiser University, completing their studies from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Counseling Psychology at Webster University from 2002 to 2004. Kristen's undergraduate studies were at Clemson University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Design from 1989 to 1993.

In addition to their formal education, Kristen obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2022, they completed the "How to Create and Teach Engaging, Equitable, and Inclusive Online Classes" course at EDUCAUSE. In 2021, they obtained certifications in "Peer Reviewer Course" and "Applying the QM Rubric" from QM Quality Matters. In 2016, Kristen obtained the "Mastering Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition (500 Hour Certification)" from Joyful Belly. Kristen also completed the "Level I, Sho-den and Level II, Oku-den" certifications from Gendai Reiki Ho America in 2015. Additionally, in 2016, they completed the "Ayurveda Basics of Self-Care for the Summer - Food, Diet & Lifestyle" course at Joyful Belly. Kristen's education and certifications showcase their commitment to continuously enhancing their knowledge and skills in various fields, such as instructional design, psychology, Ayurveda, and yoga.
