Sergi Segui is an Engineer Geologist with a BEng/MEng degree in Geological and Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia. Sergi began their career in 2007 as a Site Engineer/Site Manager, working for a leading contractor in Spain, where they managed urban development projects and developed strong leadership and resource management skills. Their experience includes roles as a Team Leader at IKEA and Jefe de Sector at Avanza Externalización de Servicios S.A., where they coordinated teams and analyzed production and sales data. Currently, Sergi serves as Jefe de Centro de Producción MTTO Infraestructuras at ELECNOR, overseeing a range of infrastructure projects. Outside of their professional work, Sergi enjoys outdoor activities, tennis, pitch & putt, and football.
