Michael Hale

Michael Hale is currently the Operations Manager at Elecomm Limited. They began their career as a Mechanical Foreman at Mitton Mechanical Services from 1989 to 2001, before serving as Site Supervisor at NG Bailey until 2010. Following that, Michael transitioned to Ventura Chapman Mechanical Services Ltd as a Business Manager until 2013. They held various roles at Elecomm Limited, including Mechanical Project Manager and Senior Project Manager, before their recent appointment as Operations Manager in 2025. Michael completed their education at Buttershaw Upper School in Bradford from 1985 to 1989.
