Gemma Caile

Gemma Caile currently serves as the Group Human Resources Manager at Eleco plc, an international provider of software and services for the built environment, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Gemma worked at Zones (UK) Ltd as HR Manager and PA to the President & MD from July 2012 to November 2022, contributing to global IT solutions for various organizations. Additional experience includes positions at Ten Alps Events as PA to the MD, HR Representative, and Office Manager from January 2008 to July 2012, and at Sytner Group from January 2003 to December 2007 as Dealership Secretary and HR Representative. Gemma holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Management and Operations from New City College, completed between 2000 and 2002, and has foundational education from Chadwell Heath Academy.
