Ryan Phillips

Ryan Phillips is an experienced IT professional with a progressive career at Elections Alberta, serving in various leadership roles since April 2014, including Director of IT and Director of IT and Geomatics. In these positions, Ryan oversees multiple teams focused on IT operations, business analysis, data management, and application development, providing essential support across the organization. Ryan has a background in operational support and business analysis, evidenced by previous roles at Alberta Blue Cross and participation in the Independent Technical Panel on Voting Integrity for Elections PEI. Additionally, Ryan has been actively involved in the soccer community with Alberta Soccer, holding roles as an Assessor and Referee, and has participated in multiple national and provincial tournaments. Ryan's educational accomplishments include a diploma in Digital Media & Information Technology from NAIT and certificates in Business Analysis and Project Management from the University of Alberta and NAIT, respectively.
