Tom Eldik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in policy advisory roles, currently serving as a Senior Policy Advisor at Elections Ontario since January 2021. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Policy and Program Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care from June 2018 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, Tom was a Research Associate at the Centre for Organizational Effectiveness, producing research-backed reports and tailoring research activities to meet client needs. Tom also has academic experience as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Western University, where responsibilities included organizing tutorials and conducting database searches. Tom holds a Master of Health Information Science and a Bachelor of Health Studies, both from Western University.
