Allison Boone

Allison Boone, PhD, is the founder of Allison Boone Consulting and serves as a Leadership Trainer at LifeLabs Learning, focusing on evidence-based leadership principles to enhance team culture and performance. With experience as an Environmental Educator and a Coach, they have designed impactful leadership programs for diverse organizations, including biotech companies and athletic programs. Additionally, Allison has taught and advised at Eastern Michigan University and has gained extensive educational qualifications, including a Master's and PhD in Higher Education and Educational Leadership. Currently, they are also a Leadership Consultant with Electives and a Varsity Volleyball Coach with Ann Arbor Public Schools.
