Becky Thalmann

Becky Thalmann is the Founder & CEO of Vivica Partners, where expertise in transformational leadership and executive coaching is leveraged to assist leaders and teams in enhancing their decision-making and action-oriented practices. In addition to this role, Becky serves as a Transformation Expert Advisor at GLG and functions as an instructor and coach at Electives, focusing on innovative learning solutions for leadership challenges. Previously, Becky held significant positions at Google, including Global Head of Leadership Enablement, where oversight of leadership strategies for 4,000 leaders was a key responsibility. Other notable roles include leadership coaching at Happy Work Spectacular Life and a sales management position at ORBITZ. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Dayton, along with coaching certification from iPEC Coaching and further education from Duke University Graduate School.
