Dan Cnossen is an experienced leader and educator with a diverse background spanning military service, public administration, and performance coaching. Currently serving as a Governing Board Member for the Mountain Seed Foundation since March 2023 and an instructor at Electives since April 2021, Cnossen also operates as a Leadership and Inspirational Speaker and Paralympic Athlete with Chicago Sports & Entertainment Partners since March 2018. As a Resilience Specialist with O2X Human Performance since 2018, Cnossen leverages a rich military background as a former Naval Officer, serving from May 2002 to March 2015. Academically, Cnossen holds a Master of Theological Studies from Harvard Divinity School (2016-2018), a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School (2015-2016), and a Bachelor of Science in English Language and Literature from the United States Naval Academy (1998-2002).
