Jason Lavender

Jason Lavender is a Co-Founder & CEO at Electives, where Jason focuses on modernizing learning & development. Prior to this, Jason was a Founding Venture Partner at NextGen Venture Partners. Jason also served as VP Strategy & Business Development at Buoy Health and Co-Founder of The Players'​ Impact. With a background in health innovation and experience at companies such as Willis Towers Watson, Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Boston College.
