Krikor Dzeronian has over 18 years of work experience. Krikor began their career in 2003 as a Technical Associate at St. John's University. In 2006, they joined Eze Software as a Lead Software Developer and was promoted to Senior Developer and then Associate Director of Software Development. In 2017, they joined Acadian Asset Management as VP, Director of Software Engineering, where they were the principal lead for digital transformation, cloud adoption, and tech stack modernization. In 2021, they co-founded Electives.

Krikor Dzeronian obtained a BS in Computer Science from St. John's University between 2002 and 2006. Krikor then obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from MIT Sloan School of Management between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications from edX, HarvardX, Scrum, Inc., and Scrum Alliance between 2015 and 2020. These certifications include IBM - Deep Learning Fundamentals with Keras, Introduction to Artificial Intelligence with Python, IBM - Deep Learning with Tensorflow, Scrum at Scale, and Certified Scrum Master.
