Paul Haury

Paul Haury has extensive experience in people and culture roles, currently serving as a Belonging, Performance, and Wellness Coach and Fractional Head of People/Culture at Heart Based Leading since January 2017. Haury transitioned from an IT Director to a VP of People & Culture, focusing on fostering belonging and shared purpose within organizations. This professional background includes roles as an Electives Instructor at Electives, a Featured Contributor for BIZCATALYST 360°, and a Fractional HR Consultant at FIT HR, specializing in company belonging and performance. Prior to these roles, Haury was Global VP Internal Operations at Fulcrum Technologies, overseeing HR and operations and achieving significant employee retention and engagement metrics. Haury began a career in education as a teacher and later worked in maintenance at Seattle Pacific University, reflecting a commitment to positive learning environments and effective strategies in various organizational contexts. Haury holds a Master’s Degree in Literature & Theology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences with a Teacher's Certification from Seattle Pacific University.
