Trish Foster

Trish Foster is an independent consultant and workshop instructor with extensive experience in advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. Currently leading Trish Foster Consulting since September 2021 and serving as a workshop instructor at Electives, Trish previously held the role of Executive Director at The Center for Women and Business at Bentley University from January 2020 to September 2021, where strategic initiatives and thought leadership were key focuses. Trish's career includes significant positions at Bentley University, serving as Senior Director of the Center for Women and Business and as an International Education Advisor, along with senior leadership roles at FleishmanHillard and Ogilvy & Mather. Trish Foster holds a degree from the University of Delaware.
