James Maxwell

James Maxwell is a Flight Test Operations Manager at Electra.aero, where they currently oversee flight test activities. With a diverse background in flight test engineering, James previously built a flight test department from scratch at Eviation Aircraft and led high-risk certification testing for various aircraft. Prior to that, they worked at Bombardier Aerospace as a Senior/Lead Flight Test Engineer, directing tests on multiple aircraft models while also serving as a Reliability, Maintainability, and Safety Engineer. James earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Distinction in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
