Nikhil Kumar has a diverse background in human resources and talent acquisition spanning over 20 years. Nikhil currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at ElectraEV, an Electric Vehicle Powertrain solutions company. Prior to this, they were a Managing Partner at an HR Consulting Startup from 2015 to 2018. Nikhil also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers - Service Delivery Center as the Head of Talent Acquisition from 2014 to 2015. Nikhil previously held leadership positions at Tata Group, Patni Computer Systems Limited, MOHSIN HAIDER DARWISH L.L.C, and Melstar Information Technology Limited. Nikhil's experience encompasses various industries, including the software services sector.

Nikhil Kumar's education history begins in 1993 when they enrolled at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.). Nikhil completed their degree in 1995.

Years later, in 2014, they obtained a certification titled "Principles, Approaches and Best Practices in 'Hiring'" from Harvard Business Publishing. In 2013, Nikhil received an AS9100C Internal Auditor certification from UL Management Systems Solutions India Pvt Ltd. Continuing their professional development, in 2010 they obtained a Predictive Index Analyst certification from Praendex Management Resources Private Limited. Lastly, in 2009, they acquired a TATA Business Excellence Model (TBEM) certification from Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC).

Nikhil Kumar's educational journey continued as they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Organizational Behavior Studies at Sri Balaji University, Pune. Nikhil began this program in 2021 and is expected to complete it in 2024.

Their commitment to professional growth is also evident in their additional certifications. In 2020, they obtained an Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls certification from LinkedIn.
