Cameron Lippert

Co Founder and Chief Innovation Officer at ElectraMet™

Cameron Lippert's work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2003, they started as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Eckerd College, where they explored a new bioorganic synthesis route. From 2005 to 2011, they worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Tech Research Institute, conducting research related to inorganic chemistry and redox chemistry. In 2010, they co-founded Last Call Ventures, LLC and served as the Chief Scientific Officer, developing a hangover relief beverage. In 2011, they briefly worked as a Consultant/Quality Assurance Manager at Maple Grove Products. In 2012, they joined the Center for Applied Energy Research as a Post-Doctoral Scholar, before becoming a Principal Research Scientist in 2013. Their focus there was on power generation and utility fuels. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded ElectraMet™, where they served as the Chief Innovation Officer and later as the Chief Executive Officer. ElectraMet offers automated technology for metal and impurity removal in manufacturing and waste processes.

Cameron Lippert completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Eckerd College, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Cameron then pursued further education at the Georgia Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2011, earning a Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry.
