Patrick Kavanagh

Patrick Kavanagh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Patrick started their career in 2001 as a Holiday Rep at Budget Travel, where they organized and hosted welcome meetings and sold excursions. In 2002, they became a Sales Advisor at Direct Holidays, handling reservations, bookings, and customer payments. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Thomas Cook as a Yield Analyst, responsible for meeting load factor targets and optimizing yield management. In 2014, they joined Electric Ireland as a Reporting Analyst for the PAYG Team, analyzing and reporting key data to improve sales and strategy. In 2015, they moved to ESB, taking on the role of Customer & Market Research Specialist, where they gathered and analyzed market and customer data to gain insights. Finally, in 2019, they returned to Electric Ireland as a Prompt Trading Analyst and later became the Prompt Trading Team Lead.

Patrick Kavanagh obtained a Diploma in Predictive Data Analytics from IBAT College Dublin in 2021. In 2006, they completed a Human Resource CIPD Certificate at Dorset College. Additionally, Patrick received certifications in Qualtrics Customer Experience and Customer Experience Assessment and Improvement from Qualtrics and The Market Research Society, respectively. Patrick also acquired expertise in Questionnaire Design from The Market Research Society.
