Dixie Smith

Dixie Smith has extensive experience in customer service and sales support within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Sales Support Representative at Electric Lightwave since November 2015, Dixie facilitates order entry for both Direct and Indirect sales. Previously, at Integra, from December 2010 to the present, Dixie has worked as a Client Services Representative II, assisting customers with their telecom services, and has also handled trouble tickets as a SAR Repair specialist. Prior experience includes the role of Porting Specialist at Integra Telecom from January 2009 to October 2010, where Dixie managed customer orders for carrier transitions, and as an Office Manager at Advantage Rent A Car from 1994 to 2005. Dixie graduated from Cyprus High School in 1988.
