They have held positions at various organizations, including SunGrid as a Senior Electrical Designer, where they performed load flow studies and designed protection systems for battery energy storage systems. Mithil's background includes engineering roles in the offshore oil and gas sector, where they contributed to significant projects with a combined value exceeding $1.5 billion. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering from Gujarat Technological University and a Master of Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Currently, Mithil continues to advance in their field with a focus on power system stability and control.
