Victor Olvera

Victor Olvera is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a background in engineering activities and lean manufacturing practices. Victor worked at Safran from November 2012 to May 2013, contributing to engineering tasks such as PFMEA construction, layout design, and capacity studies, while achieving first place in the Labinal Lean Contest as part of a team. Subsequently, from May 2013 to August 2016, Victor served at Electrical Components International, overseeing multiple product implementations, including significant support for the China facility and developing a manufacturing master plan. Victor's expertise extends to manufacturing management, with responsibilities such as production management backup, tooling design for new products, capacity studies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Victor holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Chihuahua II, completed between 2001 and 2006.
