At Electrical & Mechanical Systems, Inc. (EMSI), we've been keeping Erie running since 1981.

As a second-generation, family-owned company, we've built our reputation one project at a time — with honest work, skilled trades, and real relationships. We're one of the only contractors in the tri-state region offering both commercial HVAC and electrical services under one roof, which means fewer handoffs, faster timelines, and one team you can count on.

We serve general contractors, facility managers, and business owners across northwest Pennsylvania, western New York, and northeast Ohio. And as Generac Authorized Dealers, we now support 300+ generator clients with installation and ongoing maintenance.

We're also proud members of Independent Electrical Contractors, ACCA, the Builders Association of NW PA, and the Manufacturer & Business Association — because being part of this community means more than just showing up to work.
