Michael Parrett

Michael Parrett is an External Board Member and Audit Committee Chair at Electric Plus, currently serving on multiple boards, including American Wholesale Furniture and MPD, Inc. With extensive experience in finance and corporate management, they previously held roles as Chief Financial Officer at Fusion Alliance and Senior Vice President at Herff Jones, where they significantly contributed to the organization's growth and financial restructuring. Parrett has also been involved in ESOP consulting and has overseen various financial strategies during their career. They obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Indianapolis and are a Hoosier Fellow at the Indiana University - Tobias Center for Leadership.
