Roldan Quilang has extensive experience in the electrical engineering sector, currently serving as Contract Manager - Operations and previously as Construction Manager at Electrix since September 2005. Roldan has demonstrated expertise in construction and project management, focusing on writing constructability reviews and complex construction methodologies. Prior roles include Field Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing field services staff and overseeing recruitment and training, and Works Coordinator, involving competency assessments and estimating. Earlier experience as a Project Supervisor and Transmission Line Mechanic further solidified Roldan's leadership and technical skills in line maintenance. Before joining Electrix, Roldan worked at CEPALCO from 1997 to 2005 as a Distribution Line Mechanic and Lines Quality Inspector. Roldan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mindanao University of Science and Technology.
