Stephen Bruneau is an experienced IT professional with a background in technical support and system administration. Since April 2019, Stephen has been working as an IT Support Technician at Electro Cables Inc. Prior to this role, Stephen served as a Remote Technical Support Specialist at OT Group of Companies from March 2017 to April 2019 and as an IT System Administrator at Meyers Transportation Services from March 2011 to March 2017. Stephen's early career included positions as a Customer Service Representative at S.I.T.EL. and Convergys, where expertise in troubleshooting wireless phone issues was developed, along with a role as a Cashier at Shell Canada. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, completed in 2009, following high school graduation from East Northumberland Secondary School in 2004.
