electro: believes the future belongs to organisations that are as emotionally intelligent as they are technologically fluent. In a world where consulting has become a replication industry, we've brought back original thinking.

What do we do? Primarily we work in organisation projects and change; turning good ideas into change that sticks. We are the magic between “let’s do it!” + “it’s done!”

Leaders call us when projects are stuck, people are fried, the strategy looks great on paper but isn’t moving or when they’ve invested in decks, platforms, models, frameworks without tangible results – or they want to avoid all of these risks.

We design good change that works with humans, not against them.

Our clients are global, national + local brands who want to turn energy into momentum for sweet results.
